When God was handing out brains…

8 Dec

I think  He picked them off of this.

*Feel free to substitute the word “passing” for “handing” if that’s how those jokes went in your neighborhood.

  9. David December 8, 2010 at 7:15 am #

Maybe this is the star of the next Plants vs. Zombies game, it looks like someone combined a plant and a zombie and created some kind of monster mutation.

  10. yellowdoggranny December 8, 2010 at 8:30 am #

    that is fecking creepy.

  11. Danielle December 8, 2010 at 8:38 am #

Well…it’s some type of succulent plant and it does look like brains…it’s kinda gross🙂 LOL…when it’s ready to harvest send me some so I can insert it into my daughter’s “boyfriend’s” head…he’s lacking in that department and it’s probably better than nothing!

  20. taro December 8, 2010 at 12:29 pm #

What? …I can help dudes! It’s a succulent plant called Echeveria carunculata. And thanks for everything Jorge!😉

  21. Joan Crawford December 8, 2010 at 1:48 pm #

You need to kill that thing. I have never seen such an overtly threatening mutation. It isn’t even trying to hide the fact that it is morphing into a bunch of repulsive little brains. Just wait, one night you’ll roll over, thinking you’re about to touch Beth, when *pulse pulse pulse* the little blobs will be on a pillow between you. “Love me!” it will bleat as it has learned that humans have a weakness called compassion. “Mama!” it will screech as Beth drop-kicks it out the window. It will be this weird event between you – the time you killed your Brain Baby and I really think you need to just nip it in the bud.

  25. Jules December 8, 2010 at 5:36 pm #

  26. Irish Girl December 8, 2010 at 7:17 pm #

Ok, I’ll admit I’m just a novice gardener, so I have no effing clue what that thing is. But I’m pretty sure they used it as an alien lifeform on Star Trek:TOS.

Dammit! I wish I had that lovely California weather to have plants like that! If I had that where I live, it would be frozen solid right now. Hmmm..Mini ice cubed brains…now that would be a weird thing to find in my drink…

  32. taro December 10, 2010 at 2:47 am #

When God was handing out brains he forgot about
Damon Lindelof and that’s why Carlton Cuse has to work twice as hard!😛

  39. Katzenmother December 13, 2010 at 6:31 am #

There are days I could used more brains so now I know where to get more.
This is a weird but cool looking plant. I Googled it and found a good page that gives a good background. It is a Christmas plant with the nickname “hen and chicks”. Go to: Echeveria gibbiflora carunculata
    Take care!

  40. AnnR December 13, 2010 at 12:39 pm #

  41. Nikki December 13, 2010 at 10:20 pm #

I’m on team “passing” out brains. It must go back to elementary school – some teachers handed out handouts, mine always passed out passouts. But I’m pretty sure God only passed out those plant brains to Team Handout. Test bunch.

  42. Ikkin-bot December 13, 2010 at 11:17 pm #

Why are zombie brains attacking that plant?
