Are you filming or just visiting? Hehe there’s also a dude who walks around Robson with a cat sitting on his head. I take it you had a chance to check out our Olympic anniversary celebrations downtown — hope you had fun!
And I saw some lady puking her Vino-laden guts out as I was heading back to our Westin in Vancouver … That was so gross, but we still had a great time – my favorit was Stanley Park and walk around the Pointe – watch out for that ocean breeze though its mighty tough!
Canadians are pretty silly 😉
also reminds me of that comedy sketch by Lewis Black where he overhears a snippet of conversation, “If it weren’t for that horse I would have never made it through college…”
Hey, Jorge! How long are you in town? I live in Maple Ridge (town east of Vancouver) and would love to invite you and Beth (if she’s here) over for a nice meal. 🙂
Err, Gina, considering that they were less than a block from the fast food restaurant. And the direction the cat was trying to go. I can say with confidence that she meant McDonald’s.
Argh, can’t believe you took the time to answer that! :starstruck: Ok then! Apologies! 🙂 Hope you enjoyed Vancouver, and hope to see you back on my TV screen soon!
Can you imagine what she says when she is on East Pender!!
Use to work at the Blarney Stone may moons ago.
Do the cockrocks still climb up your leg when you are behind the bar?

If I gave my 2 sweet “old ladies”(kitties) McDonald’s that would be ABUSIVE!
And the cat just replied: “We have to go back!”

*LOL* I love that bit. Snippets of overheard conversations are the best.
She was walking her cat?

Crazy carousel sightings, people walking cats…where the HELL have you been hanging out these days Jorge? Its making “The Island” look ‘normal’!!! 😉
that’s just too cute.
Err, people, MacDonalds is a street in the West Side, just before UBC. Not the fast-food restaurant!

Ahhh! I was just staying downtown Vancouver too!
Hilarious snippet. I have a neighbour that walks her cat…and I live way up in Paradise Valley. You’d have to see it to appreciate it!
Hope you’ve had a nice visit. 😀
Jorge! What were you in Vancouver for?
