In January I was working in Spain and took a day trip to Barcelona.
Legend told me of a bar dedicated to LOST.
So I had to visit.
They have a Tail Section.
A hatch that lights up.
Ruins.
Dharma Station door.
They even have their own energy drink and beer with two different labels, one is black one is white.
And the UPC code is 4815162342.
And sandwiches named after everybody.
And coincidentally I got the veggie.
SO visiting Bharma.com now. What a blast, ahem, that must have been!
How cool! They must have been so surprised to see you. How did you like your sandwich?
That is seriously awesome~!~
This is amazing! So cool!
Super cool! I hope I can get over to Barcelona one day, but it looks like my Spanish will be useless! The ‘Hurley’ dish was the only one I could understand off that menu. Dear lord, the diners must have freaked to see you there!
Not surprised you don’t understand the menu! It’s written in the local language, catalan, instead of spanish!
You don’t understand it because it’s in catalan. In Barcelona we speak catalan as well as spanish. An some weird english too 😉
Don’t worry, the menu is not written in Spanish, it’s written in Catalan (spoken in catalunya). It’s a different language but some words are pretty much the same 😉
It looks like your spanish will be useless because the menu is in Catalan! Hehe.
That’s because that is actually Catalan, not Spanish! 😉
There is not a word of Spanish here, is in Catalan language. If you never heard before it’s like a “blend” between French, Spanish and Italian.
Greetings from Barcelona 🙂
I can only speak for myself, but you make this fan very happy that you are so down to earth & dedicated to the fans that love LOST so much. Wonderful!!!!
hahahaha I have not gone yet, I will visit! I hope you enjoyed barcelona, mi tierra!!! :))))
impresionante¡¡¡¡
This is just awesome! My dream is to run a business like this as well. In fact, our club produces entertainment “Incidents” at Tommy Rockers in Las Vegas, which feature a Lost Menu and live music from the show performed by local talent. Pictures and video can be found on our site and face book. I gotta visit your Bharma some day! Quite inspiring!
I can’t believe this exists! I have family in Spain, I’ll have to hit this place up next time I visit.
Todo un detalle por tu parte visitarlos. Ese bar queda a nos 20 kilómetros de donde yo vivo. Será cuestión de pasarse por allí. Saludos.
That is SO COOL. I would love to go there!
People must have gone nuts that HURLEY was in there.
Awesome post.
But it REALLY makes me miss LOST.
I’m lucky to live in Barcelona and to know very well Bharma and its owner, Rafa.
That day I could arrive to the bar on time and know you, Jorge. That was a total pleasure, and the first time that someone of the “Lost” cast visitted the bar. Rafa was absolutelly excited about it!
Thanks again for your one-day travel to Barcelona and your visit to Bharma Jorge! 😀
This is awesome! It’s been my dream to operate a place like this; which is why, for the past year, our fan club has sponsored entertainment “Incidrnts” at Tommy Rocker’s in Las Vegas. We also have a custom menu and live performances of songs from Lost. Pics & video can be seen on our face book sites. I’ve gotta visit this Bharma!
That’s way cool! I should have known that I lived in Barcelona for quite a while. Guess it’s time to go back. So you’re a veggie?? 😛
Ha! They also have a Duff beer, a little Simpson’s thrown into the mix? Looks like fun.
Several years ago, I went to a bootleg Star Wars themed pub in Utsunomiya, Japan. The tables were set in various spots of a Tatooine looking areas, and you could grab stormtrooper and Darth Vader masks after a few drinks and wear them for a while. They unfortunately went out of business a few years ago, but it makes me happy to know that Bahrma exists and looks just as awesome.
Uh, whoa.
Thats the coolest thing Ive seen since the Lost numbers above Prof. Thoms bar in NYC.
Coincidentally? 🙂 That is just too cool, I would LOVE to go there!!
That’s pretty darn cool! So, did the owners totally freak out when you walked in the door?? They must have been SOO excited to see you there!
How COOL makes me want to go!!
I went there a year ago, the owners are so nice and the ambient is great. I hope to be able to go again when I go to Barcelona next time. I’m sure they were freaking out when you came in hahaha.
Greetings!
….aaand I’m leaving for Barcelona!
That is SO cool! I was in Barcelona this fall, I wish I’d known about it! If I ever go back, I’m so checking it out! Were they all really excited to see you there?
Talk about Deja Vu, Jorge. I loved all of it, but for some reason that UPC code made me giggle the most. I nearly inhaled my morning coffee…Heeehee!
How freakin’ awesome is that! Thanks as always for sharing.
How cool! You must have totally blown their minds when you came in the Bharma Door! Thanks for posting – this made my day. Have a good one!
That’s a seriously cool bar! I bet the bar’s owners were absolutely thrilled to have you visit, Jorge! 🙂
You know you have made it when a dish has been name after you!
I would definitely make it a point to eat there for the novelty of it, and I miss the show Characters so much. They should have a chain of these in major cities or theme parks, and have tv monitors at each table so you can watch your favorite episodes while you eat, or behind the scenes stuff. I would have been like a 5 year old on Christmas morning if I ran into you there- that’s awesome. It’s so cool that you’re so down to earth and can embrace the greatness of LOST. Looking forward to your new series coming. Never stop being you !
Wow awesome ! I’ve always wanted to visit Barcelona. That will be a additional reason to go there 🙂
And you were actually able to make out the Catalan? I’m impressed! Just the fact that you were able to find anything vegetarian in Spain is a miracle. I assume the bar must have been there when I lived in the area, which was until last December. I wish I had known about it, I would have loved that place!
This is REALLY cool!!! I bet they were excited to see you there 😉
Wow–that’s pretty cool! I bet they were excited to have you visit.
Seriously awesome! I’d have loved to see the faces of the employees when you walked in the door.
Now I HAVE to go to Barcelona! I liked Spanish people before, now I love them!
(Cerveza La Roca Negra, yeah!)
thats freakin amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Must have been a surreal experience!
What funny timing because I’ve been non-stop watching LOST this week because I can leave it on in the background as I do stuff. I’ve been in a very LOSTie mood lately.
Did anyone notice they also had Duff Beer?! Is that a thing, because I only know it as a Simpsons reference. Looks like a fun place to go!
Sorry…this isn’t related…an awesome dog video from Japan…the 2nd dog is NOT dead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nexofSW4u7Y
It’s awesome, but I see nothing for Eko. 😦
This place is amazzzing. Thanks for sharing!
Woah, I didn’t know about this. And I call myself a LOST fan.
I guess I’ll have to go there now.
As a sidenote, have you seen http://jackimals.tumblr.com/ ?
It’s Jack (Matthew Fox)’s face on random animals. I can’t quite explain why it’s so hilarious.
wow, that’s really cool..did they recognize you?..be funny if they didn’t
Jorge, I have been dreaming about a trip to Barcelona. I will definitely stop by that bar. I hope they have pictures of you posted there.
That it too freaking cool!
How funny and meta! Did you get recognized?
I think it’s hilarious that Faraday is stuck being anchovies, by the way.
I can’t believe this place exists, and yet I can. Thank goodness there’s no Nikki and Paolo sandwich. I don’t even want to know what that would taste like.
How awesome is that???? Did they ask you to sign a pic for the wall? I wish I could have seen everyone’s faces when you walked through the door 🙂
freaking cool, dude 😀
How fun is that? 🙂
That is so cool,I bet they were so happy to see you! Love that your sandwich turned out to be a veggie.
MUST GO THERE! They must have been thrilled to have you there!!! I will definitely have the vegetale sandwich. The Hurley. What a great treat!
Oh man I was just in Barcelona in December. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place! Awesome post.
Hi Jorge,
Great to see that even you can enjoy Lost themed activities. The waitstaff must have been out of their minds upon seeing you show up.
My wife, her sister, brother in law and I were in Oahu last week. Am hoping that mentioning this doesn’t make you sad, but we stopped in and paid our respects to Nunu. We laid some leis and took a moment to recognize your loss.
We are very glad that you have a new doggy friend.
Here’s a picture of us at Nunu’s memorial, if you’d like one: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=648607413386&set=a.648604454316.2143186.500304&l=08648a7cd3&l=08648a7cd3

huge kisses from France!!!!!
NYC needs a place like Bharma
I so want to have a beer here! FUN!
I don’t speak the language but it appears Sayid is a burger (makes sense since he is most def “delish beefcake”) Michael is… black angus? Okay! But am I correct? Sawyer is CHICKEN? Now that’s just mean, sounds like jealousy to me hahahaha
You had to have made the owners and patrons soooo happy!
But you do that to everyone 🙂
I’ll take a Bernard Burger with a side of Mr. Friendly Fries.
We NEED a chain of Bharma Bars in US + Canada at least. Hope they have enough success for that to happen.
Buttoms Up Freckles!
this is awesome! i just discovered the website Bharma.com the other day, and thought it would be awesome to go there! you’re so lucky
I am from Barcelona, and I went to this bar!!!
This bar looks SO awesome. They have Duff beer too!

Do they have a Jin and tonic?
It may not have been a coincidence. One of their employees or patrons may have suggested that to them after reading your blog! Did you try it?
Let go of my Mr. Eko Eggo.
All I am really curious about is: What did they do when YOU walked in? 😉
That is awesome I hope to visit Europe next year and will put this on my itnerary if I do stop in Barcelona! Thanks for sharing Jorge 🙂 will be sending you some photos to autograph soon…
Noemi
Oh man!! That must have been the most hilarious picture (if anyone took one) of the owners and patrons faces when you walked through the doors!! I bet they were absolutely beside themselves!! Did you sign anything? Did people like go crazy and take your picture in front of everything? I hope you told some of your other castmates about it!!
