The First Leg

7 Aug

We went pretty hard the first day of driving. We drove from the San Fernando Valley to the Sonoma Valley. We stayed in a motel that offers a free continental breakfast. We weren’t sure where the dining room was until we came across this this GINORMOUS plate.

Looks more like a satellite dish than a plate, are you sure the motel wasn’t some secret government facility?

OK. So with a plate THAT big you have got to tell us what they had to eat.
Was it just a bust, with little boxes of cereal and mini bagels???

You’ll be driving past my neck of the woods…about 35 miles north of Seattle. It’s been a questionable summer. Hope you’ll have sunny skies as you travel through the state of Washington. 🙂

If that’s a satellite dish like people are saying, that is the COOLEST one I have ever seen!

Very cool and guess what I am just making a large cup and saucer to hang on our tree by the gate. Yep cream teas pop-up.

I hope your breakfast was big enough to fit! 😉

    Seriously, that’s hilarious.
