So a while back I came across this Ted Talk.
Which led me to this company: Hampton Creek Foods .
Which led me to the store to find their products of which I only found Just Mayo. Which is great. But then we made contact and they sent me the GREATEST THING EVER!
Oh look how adorable. It’s like a one of those little ice creams from when you were a kid. The kind you ate with a flat wooden spoon.
Wait a minute. What’s this in the lid? A spoon?
They sent me three of these little cups.
I ate one. Amazing. Over too soon.
I gave one to a friend (mistake).
Then with the third one I managed to stop eating enough to squeeze out two
(one and half)
cookies that I actually baked to see how that works.
EVEN BETTER THAN THE DOUGH!
WHY AM I SCREAMING?!
Because you can’t get Eat the Dough in stores. You have to know someone or meet someone like I did.
So you have to start bothering these guys to get this stuff in stores pronto.
My work here is done.
Let the bothering begin!!!
Sounds fantastic! I have to try this!!
BTW- Thanks for the heads up in advance. I have faith that they are going to be as awesome as you day they are. 🙂
Very cool. You always find the coolest stuff. They we can’t find it but it is in our heads.
Thanks?????
What a cute name! I assume the spoon and container are either plastic or even biodegradable (how cool would THAT be?!) Have you found a good recipe in case this never gets on the market?
The Hampton Creek link goes to GoDaddy. I couldn’t find a link to their site but they have a Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Hamptoncreekfoods
Good grief… That looks Yummy with a capital Y! And you were able to share with someone? You are a god among men! Happy New Years!
I’m so jealous…but 3 little cups of dough is definitely not enough. That spoon/lid (splid?) thing is awesome.
omg…I need some of that.
Fabulous! Saw that TED too! Great that you are spreading the word.
Watch out for the salmonella.
No need to worry about salmonella with an egg-free product!
Nom Nom nom
Fantastic. Way to cater to the target consumer with the built in scoop.
o m G!
When I was a little kid back in the dinosaur days, I used to tell other kids that the guy who played the professor in Gilligan’s Island was my uncle since I had the same last name, even though he really wasn’t. Some kids believed me. The show was prime-time back then. Rest in peace, Russell.
Jorge,
Where are the mass producers when you need them? Looks tasty!
Does this require a permit?…http://youtu.be/EJGq7JpYAVg
Now I want it too!!! And I want a cookie!!!!
where are you??? I miss your blog 😦
Haven’t heard from you in awhile. Do you have anything projects going on? Anything we should look out for?
Miss your blog posts, Jorge! I hope it’s because you’re busy doing something that we can look forward to seeing soon. Can we have an update?
